Certified Nursing assistant
Our nursing assistants work one one with the client who need assistance with daily living, including, bathing, eating dressing and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping his or her clients have a wonderful day.
Qualifications:

Current state certified Nursing Assistant certificate.

Excellent customer service skill ability to interact with the clients, family and visitor

Ability to assist the clients with transfer, physical care needs, bathing dressing eating
RN/LPN
The RN/LPN position is responsible for direct and indirect professional nursing care for our clients, serves as client advocate, and provides teaching, counseling and emotional comfort to patients and family members. Provides direct care to assigned patients in conformance with Open Roads policies, professional standards, physician orders, and approved plan of care. Responsible for indirect nursing functions and activities of assigned nursing personnel. Supports philosophy, objectives, and goals of nursing department. Nursing process will be utilized in the provision of patient care.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Current RN/LPN license to practice professional nursing in the State of MA is required. Please contact us for more information.

Companion care and Homemaker
Looking for Companion and homaker to work1-on-1 personal care, including bathing, dressing, cooking, shopping, medication reminders, escort to doctor's appointments, light house- keeping/laundry, feeding, care companionship, have a good communication and respectful to the clients, families, and co-workers in a professional skills.
Prove of emergency response and first aid [CPR]
Prove of negative TB test result
Morning, evening, night, weekend, and holidays shift available, flexibility hours.
Requirements for the companion and Homemaker:
No Certification required
Valid drivers license
Reliable vehicle preferred
Must be able to pass criminal background check, drugs screening.
